Delivering a reliable and low-cost water quality monitoring system

Guest post: Professor Fiona Regan, DCU Water Institute

echWorks Marine and the DCU Water Institute are bringing together years of experience and expertise in water quality monitoring to develop an Advanced Water Monitoring System (A-WaMS).

A-WaMS will see the commercialisation of the DCU Water Institute’s optical sensor technology, and integration with the advanced data analytics capabilities of TechWorks Marine. This valuable system will serve to enhance many aspects of coastal monitoring and management operations for commercial companies, regulatory agencies and government departments.
