FarSounder has been collecting sonar data from customers in remote locations around the globe for a few years now. When data is received from poorly charted or uncharted waters, the interesting bathymetric features and navigational hazards that can be observed in this data are invaluable. As an example of a case where these are present in the data, we present an interactive overview of some of FarSounder’s bathymetric data from our local waterway, Narragansett Bay.
